Dean Johnson leveraged 25 years of experience in the systems and defense industries to found Entegra Systems. Basically, he wanted to create the kind of company that he would want to work for — one that had an open door with leadership; embraced diverse skill sets and technical disciplines; offered great benefits and work environment; and was involved in vitally important, meaningful work. And that’s what he did.
Dean’s areas of expertise include business and technical management, systems research, architecture, requirements, system and software engineering, development, and testing. Prior to founding Entegra, he worked at The Boeing Company, Conquest, Inc., ManTech, and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Dean holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, with a concentration in Telecommunications, from The Johns Hopkins University, and a B.S. in Computer Engineering, with honors, from Clemson University.
Vice President, Business Development
Barb Langhans leads Entegra’s growing visibility and presence in the intelligence community. She typically is Entegra’s first point of contact with government contracting officials and contracting partners.
Barb has led teams through the full contract development lifecycle for contracts valued in billions of dollars for Northrop, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Windermere. She is highly regarded for her strategic thinking, people management skills, attention to detail, presentation skills, and overall management talent.
Barb has a B.S. from the University of Baltimore.
It’s probably not a coincidence that, like Entegra Founder Dean Johnson, Brian Mallare also worked at The Boeing Company, Conquest, Inc., and Booz Allen Hamilton. Good talent tends to stick together. In addition to his roles as a civilian contractor, Brian also served as a Captain in the U.S. Army.
Brian brings deep systems engineering and program management experience — 30 years’ worth — to the table, in the intelligence and technology markets, public and private sectors. He plays vital systems engineering and project leadership roles at Entegra, offering invaluable technical contributions to every team he’s on.
Brian holds an M.A. in Business Management from Central Michigan University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University.
Kevin Reville is a key member of the Entegra leadership team, with primary responsibility for managing customer engagements.
Kevin has a lengthy and highly impressive track record in the systems and technology fields. He’s worked on enterprise systems for major government agencies and Fortune 500 companies. Systems and software engineering are Kevin’s forte, along with strong customer and partner engagement skills.
Kevin holds an M.B.A. in Information Systems and Finance from the University of Maryland, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
Telly Stroumbis is the principal investigator for Entegra’s major R&D initiatives. He’s our big man on big data, a frequent speaker on big data analytics and a recipient of the MarkLogic Innovation Award. Telly is a recognized industry innovator with over 25 years of experience developing critical software solutions for the intelligence community. He has served as a Boeing Technical Fellow and Department of Defense Technical Director.
Telly holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
