| Description: |
- Provides technical expertise for database design, development, and implementation; information storage and retrieval; data flow and analysis.
- Provides database administration for Oracle DBMS in a Solaris/LINUX environment.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and solving database problems, performance tuning and database programming support.
- Performs analysis to recommend appropriate database technologies and designs for specific requirements.

| Must have the following: |
- United States Citizenship
- Three (3) years experience in database tuning and performance monitoring and experience designing, deploying, and maintaining Oracle databases in SOLARIS and/or LINUX and NT environments
- 5+ years recent professional experience with Oracle Applications and Core technology including RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, OEM
- Experience supporting the design, implementation and maintenance of databases.
- Oracle 10g (or higher) experience required
- Experience with procedural languages (e.g., PL/SQL, MYSQL)
- FS Poly
