Systems Engineering –Broad experience as a Systems Engineer in the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting systems requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards, developing system architectures, and performing technical/non-technical assessment and management as well as end-to-end flow analysis.  Experience in analytical environments/intelligence production organizations, and experience with Agile and/or Spiral development models.  Experience developing, delivering, testing and supporting integrated HW & SW systems with functional requirements within a CMMI Level 2 or NSA Way process structure. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience/certification.

Test Engineering – Broad experience as a Test Engineer on modern hardware/software systems. Shall be proficient in the development and implementation of test strategies, plans, traceability matrices, procedures, and reports. Experience with requirements analysis, and in particular must be fully trained or have experience in the testing of systems at the component, integration, system, and end-to-end levels. Shall have experience in writing test cases and writing discrepancy reports. Shall have experience in basic UNIX, DOS and Windows commands and basic understanding of capturing snapshots. Desired experience with agile teams. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience/certification.

Software Engineering – Broad experience in software development/engineering, to including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution. Shall have OO development experience using Java, and C or C++, on Windows or UNIX/Linux (Redhat).  Shall have experience “wrapping” legacy systems or components as Web Services within a SOA framework. Shall have experience developing solutions integrating and extending FOSS/COTS products.  Preferred: Web Services, XML and RSS, Google Earth Experience and/or work with GIS data, Ozone Widget Framework, VMware, Cloud (Hadoop, Map Reduce, Cloudbase).  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience/certification.

Technical Writing – exceptional communication skills and relationship building skills, with experience with preparing product and training material for end-user customers, must have experience in the generation of technical documentation relating to Intelligence Community/DoD systems.  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience/certification.

TechELINT Analyst – Broad range of technical ELINT experience to include analysis tools and resources, signals databases, information needs, radar functions, pulse-level detail, and general system familiarity.  Must have experience with various analytical tools and procedures to make precise measurements of signal parameters.  Understanding, analysis and reporting experience with specific airborne ISR platform capabilities, data and data types, sensor family strengths, weaknesses and accuracies.

Mission Support Specialist – Provide overall project management support to key programs areas.
