Systems Engineer

• Assists the government project manager (PM) in a large, complex applications or systems development program.
• Provides technical leadership and support in areas within the systems engineering lifecycle
• Develops and maintains Enterprise architecture and requirements
• Works with system architects, system developers, testers, and systems engineers to develop and maintain block diagrams, sequence diagrams, interface definitions, and other analysis and design artifacts to be used for development, integration, and testing
• Writes and coordinates the preparation of technical documentation. The documentation will include but not be limited to: technical management plans, process documents, requirements documents, and technical briefings
• Develops, executes and evaluates systems and software engineering processes
• Provides systems engineering support in the implementation of processes
• Supports execution of the systems engineering lifecycle
• This position may also require developing and implementing project management process improvements within the customer's program.
  

• United States Citizenship
• Minimum of eight years of technical experience with Government or Industry customers
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs that encompass system architecture, requirements analysis, and process execution and evaluation
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, information security engineering and SOA-enabling technologies is a desired.

• FS poly

• BSCS or equivalent experience
